Shipping costs are determined by weight, size and geographical area of delivery. Our aim is to offer you the fairest shipping costs, as well as a wide variety of delivery methods. You can find out the shipping costs by simulating your order. They will be automatically communicated to you after selection of the desired place of delivery. This simulation is without any obligation.

 

Bank Transfer

We accept payment by bank transfer for all orders with items sold and shipped by the RTMC. Please note that the product cannot be reserved until payment is received.

The progress of your orders is available from your customer account. To access them, select Orders in the left-hand menu of your Customer Account.

For items sold and shipped by the RTMC, we generate an invoice once the order has been entirely shipped. When an order is made up of several packages, the last package must have been shipped so that the invoice can be issued. Invoices are sent automatically to the email address provided at the time of ordering. They are also available from your customer account.
